I don't take card payments online. Payment is made in person at your appointment.

I won't send you marketing unless you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
Your health information is seen only by me. It is shared only where the law requires, or with my insurer or legal advisers if a claim needs it.
These providers handle other information for me: Wix.com (website, booking system and booking emails), Microsoft Outlook (email) and WhatsApp (only if you contact me that way). Some store data outside the UK, using legally approved safeguards. I never sell your information.
I keep information longer only where the law requires it or a claim is under way.
You can withdraw your consent for health information at any time by telling me. I will then stop using it for future treatment; without it I may not be able to treat you safely. Your completed form is kept securely, unused, until the end of the 7 years in case it is needed for a legal claim, then destroyed.
You can ask me to delete your information. I will delete anything I no longer need and explain what I must keep and why.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how I use it, and receive a copy. Email massagesbyjj@outlook.com and I will reply within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
I haven't added any analytics, advertising or social media tracking to this website, and it doesn't embed maps or social media feeds. The website is hosted by Wix, and Wix's platform may load its own technical scripts and cookies. How Wix uses cookies.
Online booking. When you tap a Book button, your browser stores a small booking token in its local storage so that the Wix booking system can open. It's needed to provide the booking you've asked for and isn't used to track you. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Wix booking pages. Choosing a time and confirming your appointment happen on booking pages provided by Wix, which hosts this website and its booking system. Those pages use Wix's own cookies, and you can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner shown there.
Fonts and images are delivered from Wix's servers.
