Your first appointment

Before you arrive

New clients complete a short consultation covering relevant health information and anything I should know before providing massage. Please arrive clean and ready for your treatment.

When you arrive

We'll start with a short conversation. We'll discuss what you've booked, what you're looking for, your preferred pressure and any relevant health information. If you have questions, ask them. I'd rather you understand exactly what's happening than lie there wondering.

What should I wear?

For Swedish, Deep Tissue and Head, Face & Scalp, you can keep your underwear on or undress fully. It's your choice.

For Sensual and Tantric, we'll talk through what you're comfortable with and agree clear boundaries before the treatment begins.

Privacy

Appointments are private, one-to-one and treated confidentially. Personal information is collected only where necessary.

Where is my appointment?

Appointments take place in Southampton town centre. The full address is sent to you by text once your booking is confirmed.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. There's no cancellation charge; notice simply lets another client take the slot.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. No deposit is taken.

How can I pay?

Payment is taken in person at your appointment. Cash is preferred, and card is also accepted.
